Our Rates

The cost per week in 2008 is £300*. This includes all items included in the Accommodation page. This does not however include the security deposit of £60 per person, which is payable locally to the Cottage Manager.

You can easily convert all costs to your native currency by using the Currency Calculator on the Reservation page.

Once you wish to make a booking, please go to our Reservations page where you can check the availability of the dates you wish to book, and pay a 50% deposit for your holiday via PayPal, or CONTACT US for alternate payment options.

Payment and Guarantee policy:

Upon receipt of a 50% deposit your holiday is reserved and a receipt will be sent to you. The balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. We take PayPal, or alternatively CONTACT US for different transfer/payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel the reservation prior to 60 days before arrival full refund of your deposit less £60 administration fee. Cancellation of less than 60 days before arrival a full refund will only be made if the property is rented to another party less £60 administration fee.

Security deposit

A security deposit of £60 per person is payable locally to the Cottage Manager upon arrival and is fully refundable should the occupants not incur any costs arising from breakages, loss or damage. The party leader, who places the deposit agrees to accept full responsibility for any breakages. It is always easier to buy and replace any items and report them to the Manager rather than sorting matters out on your departure date. Check out time is 12 noon. Luggage may be stored by arrangement.
